By approving an estimate or scheduling service with Peterson Crafted, the customer agrees to the following terms:

Approval of Work

Work begins once the customer approves the estimate or service agreement. Approval may be given in writing, electronically, or verbally.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to the start of work. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Materials

Project pricing may include labor, service fees, and materials provided by the contractor unless otherwise stated. If the customer chooses to supply materials, the contractor is not responsible for defects, delays, or compatibility issues related to those materials.

Scope of Work

Work performed will be limited to the services outlined in the approved estimate or agreement. Any additional work requested may require a revised estimate.

Liability

Peterson Crafted will perform all work in a professional manner. However, the contractor is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues not visible prior to beginning work.

Property Access

The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area during the scheduled service time.

Changes or Cancellations

Any changes to the project scope or cancellations should be communicated as soon as possible.
